After long days of silent corridors and empty classrooms, it was a delight to welcome all our students back into the classrooms. Coming back to school is always a reason for celebration because it means a new step towards a wonderful future and also meeting their classmates after a school closure due to Covid -19. Stage 1 learners enjoyed their first day at school doing a fun activity of making secret magic cards for their friends. It was a delight to see children greeting each other with a warm smile and re-engaging positive connections and bonds. They also relished the yummy cupcakes with their friends in the class which was a surprise treat for them to make their first day more special.
