“Characterize people by their actions and you will not be fooled by their words.” – Esse Dagogo. Students of Grade III tried and tested this by sketching out the different characters in the novel, Shah Jahan and the Ruby Robber. The stop and jot technique gave them hands-on experience of writing a character sketch. As the characters evolve and portray different shades of their feelings, children have learnt to analyze their moods and feelings. We await reading together as the mystery unfolds.
