Suchitra Leadership Meet: LEAD Workshop
On 6th December Suchitra Academy hosted a day-long workshop, “Leadership Skills,” aimed at instilling essential qualities and competencies for effective leadership. Targeted at Grade X students and the student council members of Grades XI and XII, the engaging and interactive sessions were designed by Captain Mohit Tomar and his team. The workshop, divided into three sessions, each lasting two hours, with an additional hour for student reflection, provided a personalized learning experience. Participants actively engaged in enjoyable and enlightening activities, gaining valuable knowledge and skills beyond the classroom. Emphasizing teamwork, effective communication, collaboration, and problem solving, the workshop equipped students to navigate challenges and opportunities in various aspects of their lives.
