Students of Grade IX performed a collaboration activity in Math on quadrilaterals. They constructed different types of quadrilaterals and assessed the properties of each one. Students enjoyed deducing the properties of different types of quadrilaterals instead of rote learning. Collaborative activities are a fun and interactive way to learn Mathematics. It fosters social-emotional learning in the classroom through cooperation and teamwork.
