Our curious learners explored the milky adventure at the Masqati Farm. They witnessed milk’s magical journey: from ghee’s golden alchemy to paneer’s curdling secrets, from nutty almond milk to flavourful treats and the science behind ice cream. From farm to factory, they learned about hygiene heroes, the power of pasteurization and marvelled at the machinery that brings dairy products to our tables. Beyond facts, curious minds questioned, teamwork thrived and food appreciation blossomed.
