As a part of their PBL inquiry, students of Grade VII worked on a project named ‘How does one become a social entrepreneur?’ as a part of their Founder’s Day. Through this project, students explored the various tribes of India and the civilizations of the world. Students got a sneak peek into history and understood the science behind their lifestyle, clothing, shelter and food. This project made students hone their entrepreneurship skills right from researching various products used by the tribals, making them, selling them with exceptional marketing skills and obtaining feedback too. The students of Grade VIII contributed to the celebration through authentic music and mesmerizing dance of those cultures and setting up stalls with traditional games, which were thoroughly enjoyed by parents, grandparents, teachers and students equally. The proceeds received from all the stalls will be going to charity.
