A successful team is made up of individuals who contribute something to the group. Taking a moment to appreciate each team member and uplift one another can be a great way of creating connections and deepening trust. To implement the same, an activity was conducted in the huddle meeting to help everyone get feedback on their strengths and weaknesses from others. Each teacher wrote their name on a piece of paper and pasted it on their back. Other teachers wrote their feedback on those sheets. This also helped the teachers understand that feedback may not necessarily be always a positive one. One should take negative feedback positively and work on it to improve professional development.
