On February 6th, our Sr KG students embarked on an enriching farm visit as a part of the IEYC unit ‘Animal World’. This hands-on experience provided them with a first-hand opportunity to interact with a variety of farm animals, including cows, chickens, dogs, roosters and more. Witnessing the animals up close was a thrilling experience for the children as they observed them eat, play, and listened to their distinctive sounds like mooing and clucking. The excursion not only offered entertainment but also served as an educational journey, allowing the kids to learn about the origins of everyday essentials such as milk, eggs and meat. Moreover, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the chance for the children to pet and feed the animals, adding an extra layer of joy and connection to their farm adventure.
