Health and Fitness Guest Session
On Thursday, January 4th, 2024, Stages 1, 2, and 3 learners enjoyed an informative guest session led by Dr. Priya, an experienced Physiotherapist with over 20 years of expertise, and her team. The session aimed to instil the importance of a healthy lifestyle and was filled with interactive activities. The session commenced with Dr. Priya’s introduction, followed by a lively clapping activity. Learners were divided into groups to ask general questions related to fruits, vegetables, junk food, hand hygiene, and healthy eating habits. Dr. Priya and her team provided valuable insights into effective workout routines, dietary choices, and strategies for mental well-being.
Engaging visuals and real-life examples enriched the content, making it relatable and motivating for the learners.
