A workshop on ‘Time Efficiency’ was conducted on the 3rd of June for the Heads and Academic Committee members by Mr Rajesh Padmanabhan. The workshop had a different approach on managing time rather than a routine way of only prioritizing work. The discussion on wasters and the four quadrants was insightful. The follow up action of the workshop included managing your work on a daily or weekly basis by organising your work in the four quadrants which were- re- fixing the old, create and sustain, growth and innovation. This session was thought provoking and challenging.
