In the week starting from November 20th, our Grade I students immersed themselves in a delightful journey of learning about plane and solid shapes. Exploring a variety of shapes, they discovered the practical applications of these forms in everyday life. The students can now confidently name and recognize different shapes, understanding their unique properties. For instance, they have learned that a circle boasts no corners or sides, while a square proudly displays four corners and four sides. Engaging in the joy of creativity, the students also relished drawing diverse shapes, culminating in a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
