“When you can measure what you are speaking about and express it in numbers, you know something about it.” Measurement is an integral part of children’s education as they learn how to measure, compare, add or subtract different lengths, weights, capacities and more. Learning measurement and their standard units help pupils’ problem-solving skills while investigating practical problems. On 1st February 2022, the students of Grade III tickled their brains and measured their weight and many other things with the help of a weighing machine. When the students discussed, they found out that there should be standard units to measure weight. The activity was thought-provoking, and students enjoyed doing it.
