Sr KG children enjoyed their active outdoor learning session for the ongoing theme ‘Summer’. A thought on how other living beings will survive the heat was given to children, and in continuation to that, teachers made a bird feeder out of waste to provide a safe environment for birds. The principle of thoughtfulness was introduced by taking children on a walk around the campus, watering plants and demonstrating what will happen to plants if water is not provided was also done. This helped children to think about the survival of other living beings. Children thoroughly enjoyed making bird feeders, drawing their thoughts and observations about fruits, vegetables and plants.
