On Wednesday, 6th September, our Pre-primary students engaged in an important and informative session about the concept of Safe and Unsafe touch. During this session, a skit was performed to illustrate the distinction between safe and unsafe touches, emphasizing the critical importance of recognizing and reporting the latter.
Our young learners were educated about how safe touches are positive and caring, contributing to feelings of love and trust. As a part of this session, children were also guided on how to confidently say “NO” to any touch they do not feel comfortable with, regardless of whether it is deemed safe or unsafe. To reinforce and solidify this crucial topic, the session concluded with an engaging activity, ensuring that our students are well-equipped with the awareness and skills to keep themselves safe.
