TAISI (The Association of International Schools of India) hosted a Leadership Excellence Conference on 15th and 16th September at JBCN International School in Borivali, Mumbai. Ms. Trisha Chakraborty, Director Academics, and Manjeet Kaur, Head of Programs and School Coordinator-Academics attended this conference. Established in 2005, TAISI is India’s leading platform for international schools, dedicated to fostering collaborative learning among educational institutions. They regularly organize educational gatherings for teachers, administrators, and students both in India and abroad. The conference featured a distinguished speaker, Mr. Devdutt Pattanaik, who addressed the audience on “Leadership the Indian Way.” Over two days, the event was structured around four main themes: People, Spaces, Processes, and Technology, featuring multiple expert speakers. The conference was a valuable source of knowledge and insights, offering profound perspectives on leadership within the context of schools.
