Students of Grade III were introduced to the concept of division. They were given colourful popsicle sticks to be divided amongst them. Concepts like quotient, remainder and completely divisible were explained through learning by doing strategy. The knowledge of division helps the student in problem solving and developing computational skills needed in their everyday life situations. It helps them build efficient computational skills.
