On 11th November, Grade I students embarked on an exciting journey into picture writing—a creative activity where illustrations come to life as stories. Starting with scenes from daily life or imaginative adventures, they crafted visual tales with clear beginnings, middles, and ends. Guided by teachers, the young storytellers added descriptive details, expanding their vocabulary and refining their storytelling skills. By exploring sequencing and answering prompts like “What happens next?” they built rich, structured narratives. This engaging process not only enhanced their language skills but also boosted their confidence. The joy of sharing their unique stories was truly delightful.
