For children, exploring the world around them is enough to spark a curiosity that will build knowledge for the years to come. The sink or float experiment is a simple experiment that helps a child make predictions and observations about light and heavy objects. Through their observations, they learnt that light objects float and heavy objects sink. As an individual activity, different objects were given to Sr.KG students to observe if they float or sink. It was interesting to see how these tiny curious minds could make the correct predictions.
