The festival of lights came alive in the Pre-primary wing as children took over the celebration with festive looks in colourful ethnic dresses. To mark the occasion, a special assembly was conducted by the teachers, emphasizing the significance of the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Children had an activity of making ‘diyas’ and decorating it with colour and glitter. They hugged and exchanged sweets with their friends and grooved to the beats of the traditional music played. The day came to an end with lots of joy and happiness sparkling on the faces of students, they enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly!
