“Freedom is never dear at any price. It is the breath of life”.

With this beautiful quote by Mahatma Gandhi the students of Grades VI and VII welcomed their parents to the PBL presentation. The journey of the parents through the history of Bharata, the country that lies north of the great Indian ocean and south of the majestic Himalayas, started with a graceful classical dance.
India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grandmother of tradition. The students, taking pride in the rich history, presented the evolution and the struggle faced by people from the ancient period to the modern period in the form of a dance- drama. Being witness to this presentation thrilled the parents and helped the students to develop a better understanding of history and the mistakes to be avoided to create better paths for our societies. It helped students to become independent learners, developing the 21st century skills and 6 Cs of PBL approach- Curiosities, Critical thinking, Collaboration, Choice, Communication and Clarity.
