Stage 4 learners have displayed an impressive ability to gather news and create comprehensive reports, following the quintessential journalistic approach of addressing the 5W’s (Who, Where, What, Why, When) and 1H (How). Moreover, it is wonderful to witness their enthusiasm for interviewing others during their oratory classes, employing the same insightful 5W’s and 1H method. Encouraging them to engage in more recounting activities and pursue investigative journalism will undoubtedly empower them to deliver accurate and meticulous news reports. In doing so, we not only foster their journalistic skills but also cultivate responsible and informed citizens of the future.
