On 3rd January 2022, NCC Cadets underwent weapon and ammunition training. They were introduced to the .22 Caliber Rifle followed by the practical working of the weapon. They were explained about its make, the different parts, weight, the firing range as well as the techniques related to loading, aiming and firing. Each student was provided with individual help from the trainers and was also given a chance to practice what was taught. In addition to this the Cadets were also introduced to the concept of Map Reading – Compass, its parts and working.
