INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA Yoga is an ancient art that connects the mind and body. It is an exercise that we perform by balancing the elements of our bodies. It helps us keep our body, minds, and souls in control and helps us to be healthy. In addition, it helps us meditate and relax. On 21st of June the Psychology students of class XI had put up a successful seminar to show the importance of Yoga, they spoke about and performed many different asanas that strengthen different parts of the body. The session has made many realise the value of Yoga and encouraged the viewer to also incorporate Yoga into their lives. Especially during the pandemic where health is of utmost value.
