On 25th February, the Food Committee held its second meeting. The attendees were the Principal ( Ms Deepa Kapoor), Ms Trisha (Director Academics), Mr Nagaraju (Manager of Prism Group), Ms Sushmita ( Nutritionist), Ms Sridevi, Ms Jyothi ( parents), Master Tejas (Head Boy) along with the other members of the food committee. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss the sources, process flow of food, review the menu and finalise the mode of communication between parents and the committee members. As requested by the members, Mr Nagaraju briefed the gathering about the process flow and the various checklists undertaken by the team to ensure food safety and sanitation of items, kitchen equipment and the strict guidelines implemented towards the serving staff.
A few strategies for enhancing food quality, sanitation and logistics were also addressed by the group. The meeting saw the menu’s finalisation. The discussion of opening a line of communication between the committee and parents brought the meeting to a close. We look forward to your continuous support in our endeavours.
