Drama activities in school are fruitful for learners. They make learning entertaining as well as memorable. By taking part in the dramas performed in the classroom, learners can improve their communication skills as well as self-confidence. The first oratory class for Stage 7 started with a bang where learners wanted to perform a mystery genre play. The playscript was resolved by the real-life unresolved mystery of Marie Celeste. Through the play, they came up with a theory of the missing ship, which in turn pushed them to use their creative and problem-solving skills. Learners thoroughly enjoyed planning, writing and performing the play.
