Stage 7: Freedom Tree Activity
Stage 7 students took part in the “Freedom Tree” activity, where they explored the significance of Independence Day through art and creativity. Each student contributed to a vibrant mural that depicted the journey of our nation towards freedom. With brushes in hand and hearts brimming with pride, they painted scenes of sacrifice, bravery, and the progress India has achieved.
Stages 5,6: Freedom Quilt Activity
Meanwhile, our Stages 5 and 6 students were busy weaving history together through the “Freedom Quilt” activity. In this hands-on experience, they delved into the stories of various freedom fighters and their contributions to our nation’s liberation. Each
student designed a quilt patch adorned with symbols, quotes, and imagery that represented different aspects of India’s journey to independence.
