DUSSEHRA CELEBRATION!
Keeping the festive spirit alive, DUSSEHRA was celebrated on Friday, the 23rd of September at Suchitra Academy with full fervour and zeal. The day, for stages, began with a session on creative expression – Mystery Reading, by the resource persons – Kanisha Shahani and Swati Thakur, where the students honed their story writing skills. Stages 1 & 2 rejoiced in the event by holding Potluck during their short break followed by the drawing activity. The theme for the same was the triumph of good over evil. After a short PowerPoint presentation, a discussion on why we celebrate Dussehra and how Dussehra is celebrated in India was held. The celebration for all the stages was completed with Dandia at the soccer field.
