Shah Jahan, the Great Mughal Emperor, is hopping mad. Someone has replaced the precious Timur ruby on this throne with a plum! What’s worse, plums are suddenly turning up everywhere. Who can help the emperor solve this mystery? Grade III students completed Chapter 3 of the novel, ‘Shah Jahan and the Ruby Robber’ on Wednesday, 16th August. The novel reading programme began in March where the students used the thinking tools, “I See, I Think, and I Wonder’ and made their interpretations after looking at the book cover. Also, they identified the character traits of Shah Jahan as the subsequent chapters were read.
