On 9 July, Stage 2 sizzled in their “Cooking Without Fire” activity. This fun and interactive event was a recipe for success, introducing young learners to the basics of cooking in a safe and creative way. Guided by their teachers, they whipped up a delicious and healthy biscuit apple pudding, all without a stove. They learned about different ingredients, measuring, and mixing, all while giving their fine motor skills a workout. This activity wasn’t just about the yummy treat; it sparked a love for cooking and taught them valuable life skills like independence, healthy eating, and kitchen safety. We were bursting with pride at their enthusiasm and participation—it was a truly enriching experience.
