On 8th January, Grade IV students embarked on a learning journey to understand campus waste management. Through brainstorming sessions and insightful interviews with our akkas and annas, they discovered the significant amount of waste generated daily, with paper being a major contributor. This eye-opening realization sparked a sense of responsibility among the students to reduce waste and use paper more thoughtfully.
Determined to make a difference, they pledged to adopt sustainable practices and contribute to maintaining a cleaner, greener campus. This initiative has empowered the students to take meaningful action towards sustainability, fostering a deeper commitment to environmental stewardship.
Their efforts mark an important step towards creating an eco-friendly school community, inspiring others to join the cause and work together for a healthier planet.
