Systems Thinking is a holistic approach to analysis that focuses on the way that a system’s constituent parts i.e, teachers interrelate their learnings and put them forward in their classrooms.
Ms. Trisha Chakraborty, Vice Principal conducted a session for teachers on 7th July, 2021 and 19th July, 2021 focussing on how mentors work over time with the context and provide a means of understanding, analysing and talking about designing a lesson plan incorporating the Systems Thinking Tools. The main objective behind this session was to understand how elements in these Thinking tools work in the virtual classroom.
