Reading, writing, and oral language skills are all about WORDS! WORDS! WORDS! Opposites are one of the topics that help build a child’s vocabulary. They also force the child to use higher-order thinking skills and thereby develop his/her intelligence. On 6th December, students of Grade I were introduced to opposites, using the Connect- Extend- Challenge Tool through a flip-note activity. Children thoroughly enjoyed exploring words and illustrating them in the house of opposites!
