On 31st August, Stage 4 students explored the theme “How Healthy Is Our Diet?” by creating personalized food menus, analyzing nutritional content, and tracking sugar intake. Inspired by Singapore’s efforts to reduce sugar consumption, they gained valuable insights into balanced diets and making healthier food choices. Equipped with this knowledge, they are now more mindful of their eating habits and eager to promote nutritious lifestyles within their families and communities.
