Learning to Share and Care in Sr. KG
On January 2nd, in Sr. KG, teachers emphasized the importance of extending a helping hand as a part of the Integrity goal. Children actively participated in discussions about kindness, contributing to the creation of an integrity tree without leaves. Using materials such as straws and paper cuttings, each act of kindness added a leaf to the tree. This initiative set the tone for a month-long focus on sharing and caring. To further strengthen the bonds of friendship, paper strips were provided for children to express what they like to share. Connecting these strips resulted in a lively friendship chain, symbolizing the spirit of camaraderie among the children. Through these activities, the young learners not only understood the values of sharing
and caring but also actively contributed to creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.
