On 29th June, children of Grade II learned speech marks through a captivating activity. They started with choosing a member of their family and writing what they said in bubbles. This made them familiar with dialogues or words spoken by a person. Through a story, kids enjoyed identifying the speech marks, sentence starters and picture demonstration and that in turn, helped them in writing. By learning through practice, children will become more familiar with grammatical rules and the general structure of texts, which they will apply in their work.
