On 27th and 28th November, students of Grades VI and VII visited the historic Rashtrapati Nilayam in Bolarum, Secunderabad. Built in 1860, this southern retreat of the President of India spans nearly 90 acres of greenery and heritage architecture. Students explored themed gardens such as the Herbal, Rock, Nakshatra, and Maze Gardens, along with nature trails and traditional step wells. The trip offered an engaging blend of learning and enjoyment, helping students understand architectural styles, heritage conservation, and India’s cultural legacy. They returned with enriched knowledge and memorable experiences.
