The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated virtually for the students, enthusiastically and patriotically. A PPT was shared explaining the meaning of the term, “Republic”, the significance of the date and the contents of the Preamble to our Constitution. Relevant videos were shown to make the session more informative and interesting. They gained a better understanding of the Indian Constitution coming into effect and India becoming a sovereign state. Children also composed a preamble for their class based on the values dearest to them where they could identify themselves with the class as a whole. They were delighted doing the activity and pledged to execute it
