On July 22nd, our Grade I students took a giant leap in their writing journey by mastering the various punctuation marks. They’ve been learning how to use full stops to mark the end of a sentence, understanding that a full stop is like a red light, signaling when a sentence is complete.
They’ve also discovered the magic of question marks, which transform a sentence into a question. A question mark is like raising your hand to ask something important. These punctuation powerhouses are now confidently using them to create clear and engaging sentences.
