On 22nd January, the Grade VI and VII assembly began with an engaging student-led report on their insightful visit to the school kitchen. They highlighted the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained, including the use of fresh vegetables, gloves, and head caps by the staff to ensure food safety. They also introduced the newly installed roti-making machine, showcasing its efficiency in streamlining the cooking process. The assembly continued with a thought-provoking presentation by the Food Wastage Committee. They emphasized the importance of reducing food waste and adopting responsible consumption habits, delivering an inspiring message that resonated with everyone present.
