As part of their enquiry, students of Grade III explored our very own cotton fabric. On 22nd December, our young weavers used the Think-Pair-Share thinking tool to brainstorm and learnt to make yarn out of raw cotton. It was not an easy job, and this left them thinking about our farmer’s hard work in making cloth out of this fiber. Students were also amazed to learn how cotton played a vital role in getting freedom for our country.
