Be a child or an adult, staying fit and healthy is the need of the hour. Yoga not only keeps us fit and active, but it’s also good to fight stress and tension and promotes mindfulness. On the occasion of International yoga day on 21st June 2022, students from Grades I-III enthusiastically participated in performing yoga asanas. They started with meditation, followed by simple breathing exercises and then different asanas. Kids were explained the importance of yoga and how it helps us refresh our body, breath, and mind at all times. Students enjoyed doing yoga; it was a great learning experience for them.
