On June 21st, the Primary Wing unrolled their mats and flowed into the spirit of World Yoga Day! Our little yogis participated in fun yoga sessions designed to strengthen their minds, bodies, and spirits. Through guided poses and breathing exercises, they learned how yoga can help them relax, focus, and feel amazing.
