Staying active – what does it mean? It means that you make the most of each day by having a healthy diet, exercising daily, and taking responsibility for your choices, whether mentally or physically. On 20th October, students of Grade I enjoyed creating a mind map as a group and came up with some activities to keep them both physically and mentally active. It was an interactive and positive learning.
