Safety is a crucial concept that every child should be aware of. On the 1st of August children of Jr.KG and Sr.KG were taught about stranger and danger with an activity. Teachers from different segments came as strangers to all the classes, they offered attractive things to children (chocolates, chips, toys etc.) to see whether they would accept the things from the strangers. Respective mentors asked children what should be done when someone they don’t know offers anything to them. Children showed their learning by refusing things from strangers. The day concluded with Nursery children learning simple bus safety and safety within the classroom rules.
