Grade IV students, on 19th September, embarked on a creative journey by crafting a collage that celebrated the festivals of Telangana. As a part of their Project-Based Learning (PBL) inquiry, they carefully selected and affixed pictures in their notebooks. This hands-on activity served as a window into the traditions, rituals, clothing and art associated with Telangana festivals, fostering cultural appreciation and understanding. Beyond the artistic aspect, the process engaged the students’ cognitive skills as they analyzed and selected pictures, involving sorting, categorization, and decision-making. Through their chosen pictures and their arrangement, the students beautifully expressed their feelings and emotions.
