On July 19, a guest speaker session was led by an experienced and passionate physiotherapist, Dr. Priya Pavan Kumar, to enhance the fitness of mind and body for kids. In the session, the emphasis was on the importance of instilling good habits, maintaining a balanced diet, and embracing regular exercise, all while saying goodbye to a sedentary lifestyle. Through interactive activities and discussions, children were engaged in the joy of physical activity and explored the negative impacts of excessive screen time on their physical and mental health. This session was an excellent opportunity for kids to have fun while learning about the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
