On 17th June 2025, our Grade III students joyfully immersed themselves in a rhyming words activity that turned language learning into a lively and laughter-filled experience!
The objective was to foster a love for language by exploring rhymes—a fundamental building block for developing strong reading, spelling, and listening skills.Through engaging games like pair-matching and “link-the-rhyme,” students uncovered word families and rhythmic patterns in playful pairs like cat–hat and log–frog. As they proudly shared their rhymes aloud, their phonemic awareness and confidence grew by leaps and bounds.
The classroom echoed with creativity, collaboration, and joy—proving that language learning can be both effective and exciting when play and purpose come together.
