On 15th April, Grade VI students at Suchitra Academy participated in an enlightening session led by Ms. Rama Thoopal, Director of Communications at WRI India. With over 20 years of experience in creative strategy and sustainability, Ms.Thoopal introduced the concept of eco-friendly businesses through the 6Rs—Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Recycle, and Repurpose. As a parent of students at Suchitra Academy, Ms. Thoopal added a personal touch to the session, making the conversation even more meaningful. She highlighted how these principles are not only relevant to daily life but also crucial in industries striving for sustainability. Through her insightful and engaging approach, she encouraged students to adopt responsible habits for a more sustainable future.
