The Cambridge Team at Suchitra Academy conducted a series of engaging Professional Development sessions from 1st June to 13th June 2026, aimed at strengthening teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth. The sessions encouraged collaboration, reflection, and the adoption of learner-centred approaches. Teachers explored High Yield Thinking Strategies, focusing on techniques that promote critical thinking, creativity, engagement, and meaningful learning. The Action Research session enabled educators to reflect on classroom challenges, analyze student learning patterns, and develop practical solutions to enhance learning outcomes. Through Student-wise Differentiation Planning, teachers examined ways to address diverse learner needs and create inclusive learning experiences. Another insightful session, The Adaptive Learning Brain: Transformative Implications for the Modern Practice Classroom, deepened understanding of how students learn and how teaching practices can be adapted to maximize engagement and achievement.
