On 13th July 2023, Grade II children were given an opportunity during the English class to express and talk about the pet they have or wish to have. Children shared their experiences of having a pet and came up with a lot of ideas on how to take care of pets. It was exciting to see how children wanted to have a lion and a python as pets too. The whole discussion gave the children a better insight into how having a pet as a family member changes our lives. Following the activity, children recited the poem ‘Let Dogs Delight to Bark and Bite’ and shared their interpretations.
